1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TimeTiki ("we", "us", "our"), including our website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Free Use

All tools and Services on TimeTiki are free to use. We may add, remove, or change features at any time without notice.

3. License and Allowed Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Use the tools for work, business, education, content creation, and internal operations
Share links to our pages

4. Ownership

The Services, tools, content, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by TimeTiki or our licensors. Using the Services does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our tools, code, or content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services
Remove, hide, or alter our branding or attribution
Mirror, frame, scrape, or republish our tools or content as if hosted by you
Use our tools on competing sites that primarily offer similar timer, countdown, calculator, or date/time tools
Sell, sublicense, or redistribute our tools as a standalone product
Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Services via bots, scraping, or automated requests
Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights

Note: You may sell courses, books, or content that demonstrates our tools, as long as you are not reselling the tools themselves.

6. Attribution

If a tool displays a "TimeTiki" label or link, you must keep it visible and intact. If you use an official embed option with a backlink, you may mark it withrel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored" if required by your platform.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that any tool output is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Timers and calculators may vary due to browser limitations, device performance, or system clock settings
Holiday dates may differ by region or change without notice
Translations may contain errors

We do not accept responsibility for losses caused by inaccuracies.

GeoNames: Used for city and time zone data. Licensed under CC BY 4.0.
RestCountries: Used for country information. Licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0.
OurAirports: Used for airport information (Public Domain).
UNESCO World Heritage dataset: Used for UNESCO site records via OpenDataSoft under CC BY-SA 3.0 IGO.
database-of-embassies: Used for embassy and consulate listings (Public Domain).
Hipo university-domains-list: Used for university listings (MIT License).
Google Services: Google Analytics and Google AdSense (advertising).
Google Tag Manager: Used to deploy and manage analytics and advertising tags.
Cloudflare: Performance and security.
ipapi.co: Used to detect country-level region for consent requirements.

Names and marks such as UNESCO, IATA, Google, Google AdSense, Facebook, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), WhatsApp, Cloudflare, Vercel, Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, Disney+, PlayStation, iPhone, Adobe, Microsoft, iCloud, Dropbox, Amazon Prime, and other product or company names belong to their respective owners. Any references are used for descriptive identification only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the operator of TimeTiki is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first.
